Convair 240 at Nashville Tennessee.. May 1948 .

The first delivery of a production Convairliner was to American on February 29, 1948.^[5] A total of 75 were delivered to American, So here we have a brand new  Convair 240.  
The 240 was equipped with Pratt & Whitney  R-2800 recipicating engines....RF
