This AA Mechanic is checking for water ..

We always checked after each fueling for water in the DC-3 fuel system....  As you know water

is heavy that fuel. So we look for H2O. in the bottom of the jar.


                                                        Gasoline  6.30 lbs per gallon

                                                          Water    8.25 lbs per gallon
