FLYING IN THE GOOD OLD DAYS
"FLY AMERICAN" - A 1933 promo film from American Airways, later renamed American Airlines. Hokey by today's standards but interesting. Aircraft shown was Curtiss Condor, They also flew Fokker trimotors and Bellancas. Livery was dark blue with orange trim, cream pinstriping. The Condor carried only 18 passengers plus three crew, low and slow. Note the film says their hostesses were registered nurses! And no security checks or long lines!
